These terms explain the general conditions for booking and joining Arenal Forest Night Hike. Please review them before reserving, especially the tour requirements and transportation conditions.
General tour conditions
Reservations and confirmation
- A reservation is confirmed when the booking is completed through the official booking flow or directly confirmed by the operator.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information, participant details, and pickup or meeting point information when applicable.
Tour experience and trail conditions
- Arenal Forest Night Hike is an outdoor guided night hike on natural forest terrain near the foothills of Arenal Volcano.
- The route may include uneven, wet, muddy, or elevated sections. Wildlife sightings are part of a natural environment and cannot be guaranteed.
Participant requirements
- Participants should be able to walk on natural trails for approximately two hours and follow the guide's safety instructions.
- Closed-toe shoes are required. Guests should bring suitable clothing for rain, humidity, and night conditions.
Safety, weather, and operational changes
- The operator may adjust the route, timing, meeting point, transportation logistics, or activity format due to weather, safety, trail, or operational conditions.
- Participants must stay with the guide and follow instructions during the activity.
Pricing, taxes, and personal belongings
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, booking fees, or service charges may apply through the booking provider.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour and transportation.
Transportation conditions
Free transportation may be offered within the La Fortuna area shown in the pickup range image and must be confirmed when booking.
- Pickup and drop-off service is available only inside the free transportation range shown in the image, subject to confirmation and operational availability.
- Guests outside the free pickup range may arrive at our meeting point, where free and secure parking is available.
- If your lodging is outside the free range and you need transportation, contact us before booking so we can calculate the additional transportation cost.
- Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup time. Delays may affect the itinerary and the operator may not be able to wait for late arrivals.
